What is Inveniam Outreach?
Inveniam Outreach is inspired by the inscription on the Penn Class of 1893 Gate, “Inveniemus viam aut faciemus” — “We will find a way or make one.”
At Penn Engineering, we serve as a positive force for STEM education in our community. Through the Cora Ingrum Center, we lead transformative initiatives that expand access, build confidence, and create pathways into engineering and technology fields.
We accomplish this by:
- Partnering with K–12 schools and community organizations
- Empowering educators through leadership and research opportunities
- Immersing students in authentic university-level engineering experiences
- Hiring and training Penn students as mentors and instructors
